We use a blend of three
types of grafts.
On the first two rows, we use only single hair follicular
units. The third and fourth rows consist of the single
follicular units. The fourth row and back are the 3-4 hair modified
follicular units.
The smaller the graft size, the closer we can implant between grafts.
From our experiences, 35% to 40%
density yield the best growth rate.
Case #1
The transplanted density shown below is about 38%.
Case #2
The donor strip size is 21 cm2. The coverage area is
60 cm2. After transplanting all donor strip hair to the
recipient area, the resulting density is about 35% of his original
donor hair density.
