Atsuko Chang serves as our Quality Control Director and Lead Technician Trainer. With over twenty-one years of experience since co-founding the clinic with Dr. Chang, she brings unparalleled expertise to every procedure. Atsuko has traveled to leading hair transplant centers worldwide and attended fifteen International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) annual meetings, continuously advancing her knowledge of the latest techniques. During each procedure, she remains in the surgical suite, overseeing quality control and ensuring every graft meets our exacting standards.
