What to Expect
Week 1: Initial Healing
Mild swelling and redness are normal and typically resolve within 3-5 days.
You'll receive detailed care instructions for washing, sleeping position, and activity restrictions.
Most patients return to desk work within 2-3 days.
We're available for any questions or concerns during this critical period.

Donor area bandage removed after 24-48 hours; linear incision begins healing immediately under closure.
