Call us at 949-622-6969 or email doctor@hairtransplant.com to confirm your preferred surgery date is available. Once we've confirmed availability, you can secure your spot with a deposit.
Surgery Reservation Policy
$600 deposit required to reserve your surgery date
Your deposit holds your designated surgery time and ensures our surgical team is committed to your procedure. We accept:

Cash

Cashier's check

Money order

Credit card authorization
Your deposit will be credited toward your total surgery cost. The remaining balance is due on your procedure day via cash, cashier's check, or credit card.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change. Here's what you need to know:

​14+ days advance notice: Full deposit credited to your account if you cancel or reschedule.

Less than 14 days notice: $500 cancellation fee applies.

No notice/no-show: Full $600 deposit forfeited.

Medical reasons: If we determine you cannot safely proceed with surgery on your scheduled date due to a medical condition, you receive a 100% refund.
